Estimated age of Caique

I was told my Black Headed Caique was "estimated" to be a year old. I was wodnering if she may be younger because she's missing feathers under both sides of her wings and is not a plucker what so ever. Do parrots just not grow as many feathers underneath their wings? She seems to only have her downy feathers. She is also growing lots of pin feathers right now if that explains anything, none under her wings though.

I was also curious because she seems to be doing this werid "begging" behavior although I'm sure she is way too old to not be weaned by now. Maybe she was weaned way too early when she was a baby? She puts my finger in her mouth and bobs her head, if that makes any sense? Kinda what baby chicks do when the mom feeds them? I'll try to take & post a video.
