Postby Lesa1211 » Thu Mar 22, 2012 5:29 pm

I have a question about Broccoli. Do you guys just give the to tree parts or do you give pieces of the stem too? Im just wondering before I throw this stem away.

Thank you!

I give a bit of everything. Sometimes they eat them step, sometimes just chew on it like a toy and then spit it out. Either way, good food for them.

I give the top part of the stem sometimes but never the lower part of it where it tends to look grubbier. That parts probably fine too but I wont feed my parrots what I'm not prepared to eat myself.
