Bad, don't do it. Don't buy ANY food from pet stores. Your budgie will only pick out the seeds and everything else will go to waste. All pet store brands are pretty much of mediocre or low quality for the price you're paying.
1. Buy either Harrison's or Roudybush pellets online, very cheap by the pound at
www.mysafebirdstore.com2. Buy bulk bird seed and soak them overnight and feed when they're starting to sprout. Look up bird seed sprouting on google.
3. Lots of different types of veggies weaved through the bars of the cage, or blended in a food processor with pasta, etc to make a mash.
4. Look into 'bird bread' recipes on google. It's pretty much a loaf you can bake with pellets, various flours and blended veggies. Super easy and an excellent way to get loads of nutrients in your bird.
