Do seeds go bad?

Postby cml » Thu Apr 05, 2012 2:26 pm

I have bought about 4lbs of sunflower seeds in a big bag a month or so ago, which we reseal with a clip after filling up the treat bowl for training. Thing is, as we only use sunflower seeds for training, the bag is gonna last forever.

Just wondering, how long can you store seeds for, and are there any special concerns to make in how they are stored?

I'm not sure about that but since it's sunflower seeds... maybe you could eat a few as well? lol
