I would suggest keeping any sick animal, regardless of species, away from any healthy animal period. Just to be on the safe side.

I don't think there are many, if any zoonotic diseases that can be passed from dog-parrot. I certainly didn't come across any when I did my research on zoonotic diseases for college at any rate. That doesn't mean to say there isn't any, my research certainly wasn't in depth, and caution isn't needed but its not something I would panic over either.

Thanks :). I don't really know much about this but I was wondering if I were in one location playing with the dog and then I go to where the bird is could it be airborne or could the bird get it in any way again I'm sorry I don't really know much about it. Thanks :)

I don't think you have anything to worry about in that case, just wash your hands before handling your bird after being with the dog as you should any way. :)
Hope the dogs better soon by the way.

OK thank you very much. Yes the dogs are feeling bad with vomiting :( . Either way I will wash my hands before handling the dog. I just wanted to know because I dont want my bird to get sick.

Again Thank you :)
