Thoroughly fed up now, she's only taken another gram overnight, although she does appear to be more lively today. She didn't even look when I changed her food this morning but has since come down and had a little peck but it was very very halfhearted peck. I've made the desicion to put her back on the meds. if she hasn't eaten by dinner I will reattempt the handfeeding and if not contact the vet for crop feeding stuff.

Eric&Rebecca wrote:It really does sound as if the meds are upsetting her tummy. Our previous bird had some antibiotics and the same thing happened on the 3-4th round of drugs. It doesn't upset them the first or even second time but prolonged drugs exposure causes the tummy to go a bit funny and poop goes funny colour.
Vet and you know best but it did happen to Sally.
