Budgie lost all tail feathers

Hi all,
Chibi seems to have lost all his tail feathers today.
He's already gone through his first molt and I'm not sure whether this could be a second molt or not.
His first molt was back in February, maybe March. I thought it was a little early for him to be molting again. During his first molt he lost his tail feathers maybe one or two at a time and always had some tail feathers present throughout the molt.

I found four tail feathers at the bottom of his cage when I was cleaning out the paper today and two had fallen out last week. I'm just alarmed at the sudden loss of four tail feathers. He looks like a little duck without his tail!!
He's acting normal- actively playing, singing, talking and eating just fine. I know budgies can drop their tail feathers if alarmed but I don't remember anything alarming him yesterday or today.
Should I be worried that he dropped his entire tail almost at once or is this sometimes normal for a budgie during a molt?
