Just let her sit on them until she gets bored or replace them with dummy eggs of a similar size, be prepared for her not wanting to come out of her cage or being aggressive for a while. If you remove them she will just lay more and more. Make sure she's on a good diet to prevent calcium deficiency. Remove anything she could consider a nest, manipulate her 'daylight' hours to whatever is recommended to reduce egg laying in a grey to help prevent more laying. There are other things you can do when egg laying becomes a problem but it doesn't sound like it as at the moment, in severe cases they recommend limiting soft foods, favorite toys and shreddables (nesting materials) and possibly hormones from the vet as a last resort.
