Hey so I was wondering what type if cook ware everyone uses?

I just found this brand USA Pan http://www.usapans.com/ and it is non stick silicone coated, ptfe and pfoa free. Thoughts or reviews?

My girlfriend bought two of their pans for baking cookies. They're good pans, whether they are chemically safe for birds is something I can only provide anecdotal evidence. Nothings happened to our bird and our kitchen isn't far from her cage. But I can say for baking cookies they're great. She insists on traveling with them on the train when we she wants to bake cookies at my parents place (we also travel with our bird).

We use only these baking pan, glass or ceramic casserole type dishes, and ceramic coated pots and skillets. None of which have PTFE.

I use an iron skillet to cook on stovetop, which is excellent because it provides iron intake as well. For baking, I use glass cookware. You can also use baking paper pans -- which are excellent as well -- but they can be a little hard to find.
