Snickers, i hope things are getting better for you and yours. i still miss Rudy every day but i know i made the right decision.
here's the " thing happen for a reason part...." shortly after things settled into a more normal routine here i stumbled upon a ducorps cockatoo that needed a new home. well ...you guessed it, he is the sweetest thing and he runs back and forth on the back of my couch and hops around and cuddles with both my husband and me. he isn't perfect, he chews his feathers and protests loudly if he wants attention, but he is well loved here and will have a home for life.
