New bird ???????

Ok just got a senegal parrot a few days ago. I dont know much about her i didnt get 2 talk 2 her previous owner so i only know what ive learned from working with her the past few days. She realy shocked me at how good of a bird she is i can scratch her head and ive only had her 4 3 days. I like feeding my birds a mix of things and not just pellets soo what can i feed her that wolnt hurt her?
And what can i do make her come out of her cage better ?

How to teach to step up and come out of cage without getting bit.

I feed mine pellets, broccoli, carrots, string beans, chili peppers, apples, bananas, pasta, oatmeal, peanuts, almonds, and seeds.

ok thax is there a web site that list foods they can and cannot eat because i found 1 that has a list of foods cockatiels canand cant eat but i couldnt find a list 4 senegals

It's mostly the same things. No chocolate, avocados, coffee, alcohol. Nothing you wouldn't eat. Nothing you would eat that is saucy, salty, spicy, or bad for you. That leaves most fruits, veggies, pastas, bread... Instead of looking up Senegal Parrot food lists, just look broadly for parrots. There are a few sites that list the household items that are toxic to parrots.
