my bird standing on 1 leg?

so just recently i notice my love bird has been standing on 1 leg. and she opens her wing at the same time. is this some kind of normal bird stretch / sleeping routine they do ? or is my bird sick? i do let my bird out all the time and she flys around the room. please help

Most birds sleep on one leg and stretch a wing/leg at the same time. These are normal. However, if the bird is standing on one leg/sleeping all the time (like even during out time or feeding time), then it is likely sick. If the moment interesting stuff starts happening it is alert and normal again, then most likely just normal.
