Two teaspoons give or take?
My cockatiel was double the weight and size and ate about 3-4 teaspoons a day.

Monitor the parrotlet's weight and body condition and that will tell you whether you need to feed less or more.

I give mine about 2tsps. He doesn't always eat it all.
I also give him fresh fruit and veggies, oatmeal, pasta etc. Whatever we're
eating that he can have.
