Am I giving my cockatiel the best diet?

Thanks Mike! Eddie is doing really well and the vet said it was one of the healthiest tiel's she has ever seen. We are planning on getting a second one after xmas as we just feel it would enrich Eddie more to have a little buddy... even though he has more toys and attention than a small child!

He's currently sitting on my head singing away and tapping my head with his beak. He seems to recognise I am female because he doesn't do this to my partner at all! He always wants cuddles and to play with my partner but with me he's very protective!

Kudos on the care that you are giving your cockatiel! The diet you are giving to him along with the added advice the others gave is perfect. I wish that everybody that owns birds would take the time to educate themselves on the proper care like you have.
