E&R is correct. You can't get away from oxalates, they are in so many foods... But you need to balance things out so, for example, I do feed sweet potatoes (because they are so rich in other nutrients) but I don't feed quinoa (because I can replace it with another grain that is not so high in oxalic acid or protein) and I cook all the grains (cooking the grains reduces the oxalic acid content).
