No offence but chickens aren't the same as parrots, they may still be a bird but they have evolved differently.
Regardless of which, even if it was specific to parrots I still wouldn't feel 100% safe, just because there are no known links doesn't mean there are no risks, look at any human medicine and there is always a list of possible side effects but parrots cannot tell us unless it is a serious side effect. I prefer not to medicate with toxins unless necessary, like I said wormers were created as a treatment originally, not a preventative and their overuse is meaning parasites are forming resistance to them.
It would be like giving a rabies vaccine to a child just in case it ever entered the UK again, absolutely pointless unless there is a high enough risk. The risk of a indoor companion parrots contracting worms is pretty low in most countries, why give the bird a toxin when there is a simple, none invasive test available at ZERO risk to the bird to see if its needed in the first place?

As I said, I respect your opinion and for all i know you do live in a higher risk country. I just like to cover all sides of things.

I know chickens arent the same as parrots... even tho they can get some of the same parasites, especially here in my country since i live in a tropical country like you said its a higher risk.

Well she in fact she is not that estressed out anymore she now rarely bites her feet since #1 the ant problem have been solved and #2 she eats a lot! In fact she now ask me for scratches throught the bars of her cage or any time she see my hand inside of her cage she will go to where my hand is lol nip my finger gently and then gently put her head below xD since the ants invasion begun she had stopped being sweet like that with me and i did wondered why but i thought she was moody or something like that. Or maybe it was because the egg thing!Who knows which was the trigger for her to stop being sweet with me! But now she is getting back to her normal self!. Or maybe it was all together along with the parasites'? Also she tried for the 1st time ever to regurgite to my pinky finger (i didnt let her tho) LOL ewww she started to bob her head and open her beak while i was scratching her head, that one is new.

By the way marie83 the vaseline worked great with the ants problem :danicing: and well i found their "nest" and put Biogel which is a paste to kill insects especially ants so no more ants :D
