Instead you can look into feeding her more vitamin A -rich veggies, orange and dark green, as well as sprouts. My pluckers respond very well to sprouts!!!
Did a vet diagnose her plucking already?
Also do you bathe her regularly? Pluckers have a tendency of getting dry itchy skin which makes things worse, so a frequent spray bath with water only, even as often as once a day, can help. Also you can bring her in the bathroom with you when you shower, the steam helps relieve the itchyness.
If it IS indeed the male who plucked her, consider splitting them up in 2 cages or in a cage with a divider in the middle! Plucking often comes and goes with hormonal periods as well.....
