White Tipped Feathers??

Postby CarlosQuaker » Thu Jan 17, 2013 6:14 pm

I recently noticed that my 1 year old Quaker's tail feathers are tipped with white. Some of the larger tail feathers only are tipped in white, but some of the smaller ones are white on one side.

I read somewhere that this could be something to do with a vitamin deficiency. He is being fed a pellet-based diet, with daily fruits and vegetables for a treat.

I just want to make sure he's not sick or anything.
