Our previous cockatiel, Sally used to do this, the vet (not our current vet) said it was because one of her wing muscles were developing more quickly than the other. This evened out as she got older (can happen with legs in human babies too). Sally was fine in the end but that one wing used to get tired while the other didn't for a while so she used to drop just that one.
HOWEVER, Like Marie83 said I would get her checked by a vet, she could have bruised it or something or perhaps it is something like Sally had that needed to be kept an eye on but isn't serious. If in doubt always check with a vet. You can always call them for advice and sometimes that's all that's needed.
Eddie drops both his wings when he's been doing his 'fly around the room 80 times till we all feel sick watching' routine because that's how they relax after flying for a long time. He also does it when he's wet after a shower. But that's definitely BOTH
