has anyone read keeping parrots book by alan jones?

I HAVE READ MANY REVIEWS OF IT AND I WAS THINKING OF ASKING MY FAMILY TO GET IT FOR ME FOR MY BIRTHDAY. I have at hove the parrot companion, from bugies to M,c Caws and i have read parrot Problem solver BY BARBRA HIENDRICH and also read parrots for dummies, BY NICK MUSTACKI also have THE BARONS BOOK parrots: a complete owners manuel matti sue alan.

However i think this other book is probably very deataild i was woundeing how many other people have read it?, and if they use it as a general referance guide.

I've no idea about the book but I think I met Alan Jones last year (i'm assuming its the same one as he was doing book signings) and he seemed very knowledgeable

i got bitten buy my yesterday when i was hanging her a piece of broccoli and it drew blood, shes not usally so agressive but i thing she thought i was going to take her fod bowl away rather than give her more food

oh well, it was my fault she was just being defensive of her bowl. i did not yell just said ouch quietly in a disaproving tone.i hope i did not reinfource the biting response.
