I might try that, I'm just paranoid about making it too strong!

Sorry I was wrong, the made up solution is 6 months, not 1 year.
Get a 1 litre spray bottle so you don't have to work out the measurements, just add exactly what it says on the bottle, you wont make it too strong as it uses one of those annoying measuring systems.
On the small bottle it only goes up to 10ml, the strongest dilution per 1 litre the bottle says is 8ml, theres no way you will need 8mls for routine disinfection unless your birds are sick with a really resistant virus therefore even if you do make it slightly too strong it wont matter since it is still weaker than the maximum recommended dilution.
Does that make sense?

Oh even if you dont want to use a 1 litre bottle and find the 500ml bottles easier all you have to do is put half the amount in it says on the bottle.

Yvonne at http://www.pine4parrots.co.uk sells F10 too. It's good stuff, I have my spray bottle constantly to hand! :) And unlike Johnson's you don't need to rinse it off.

I now use a tooth brush, i used to use wire wool but it is far too abrasive.
