Received a cage on Aug. 28th, one week later, the cage has several spots showing rust. FYI, I have it in an enclosed porch. I called about inferior product and their reply was to send me two dish holders. That was $549.00 wasted, will be buying King cage next. NEVER WASTE MONEY on a cage 4 less, not worth it!.

I got my huge iron bird cage, the same exact one that Michael has for his senegal, for only 50$ at Petsmart. It was on a huge sale. I was so excited when I got it cause it's worth like 300$, and I got the last one!

Alina,

This is our response about our bird cage being inferior. The issue is that you exposed the cage to outside elements. This causes significant wear and tear.

We sent you the parts you needed. Here is the exact e-mail from our team to you.

"Hi Alina

Thank you for the pictures. All of our cages are made with the highest quality materials possible. From the pictures it appears the two bars vertical bars may have an issue with some discoloration from inside the pipe and this should wipe off with a clean damp rag. We have sent a replacement cup holder with Fed Ex tracking 471839295056 which shows estimated delivery of Tuesday, 9/17/13.

The wrought iron models have the non-toxic powder coating baked on and are intended for use indoors. You are using this cage where it is exposed to the elements, wind, rain, humidity, etc., and we cannot state it will not rust. As we discussed on the phone, Krylon is a child proof, non-toxic product that can be sprayed on the any spots you see that may need extra protection due to the elements. We always recommend the stainless steel cages for use outdoors or on screened in porches that are exposed to wind, rain and humidity as they will not rust.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

Thank you and have a great day.

Andrea"
