Putting out of the cage?

I have a parrot and it's been a several months to me. When I first bought it I was afraid of putting it outside so I have to tie it's feet but not too tight and the cage is just open. The following days, I notice that my parrot comes out and goes back to the cage by afternoon.

Tie its feet? are you trying to hurt your bird? Please never ever do this again.

Haha, tie it's feet...that got everyone's attention. What a way to advertise. Personal loan anyone? I guess it's kinda like an analogy. First they tie you down with the original loan so that you have to keep going back to get new loans to pay off the first. Well played spammer..well played. Lol
