Looking for some advice on housing a pair of budgies and a few pairs of zebra finches together in a bay aviary of 2000Hx1000Lx1000W. Have a pair of kings on the bottom vacuuming extra seed also. I have kept plenty of finches, quails, budgies and numerous other species, but when co-housed their aviaries have been at least 2000Hx2000Lx2000W.
Have gotten the opportunity to swap a pair of my masked lovebirds (housed and getting along well with a pair of ringnecks
Will the budgies be stressed at all being housed in a sort of small bay avairy with half a dozen to a dozen zebras? Or vice-versa? I.e budgies out-competed for nesting space and materials or zebras having their eggs destroyed?
Cheers
