I've got my macaw cage up stairs in my spare room chico my b&g macaw only sleeps in the cage on a night time or if we all go out as he is normally down stairs on a large java tree. What is the best lighting to put up for him please thankyou Roy :macaw:

In an overhead fixture, 2 bright sources of full spectrum (CRI higher than 94 and KTemp closest but not higher than 5500) and 1 source of UVA/UVB.
