That model is often reffered to as "Small" as well, depending on where you look to purchase it.

There's no doubt it suitable for your budgie really so go ahead and get it if you want to. You will need to find a way to secure good sturdy perches in it for travelling as the dowel provided is too big for a budgie and it will struggle to grip when transported. Its always a good idea to replace dowel perches with more suitable ones anyway.
