I looked at the cage in the link that you provided.
I liked that it had two large doors, but that is about all that I liked. I have a small cage with the same latch on the door as this one has and I do not think that it is good enough for a parrot as I feel that a parrot would open the doors at will.
All of the bars on this cage are vertical whereas a cage built for parrots will have horizontal bars, or at least two of the panels will have horizontal. This is to facilitate climbing, which parrots do a lot of.
This brings me to my last comment concerning this cage. Because this cage is not designed for parrots, I worry about the quality of the paint used in its manufacture as it may not hold up to the parrots beak.
I, personally would keep on looking for the right cage. You are going in the right direction, just not the right cage this time.
