Is this cage ok for a Senegal?

Thinking of a new cage for my Sennie, it's W87xD68xH140cm, the Bar spacing is 1 cm and the Bar strength is 3mm. Does this cage size and bar spacing sound safe for a Senegal?

1 cm bar gauge with 3mm diameter? No, that has to be a typo. Not even canary cages have bars so close together...
