Hello

Is this a good size cage for my single masked lovebird?
The bird is hand tamed and will be outside the cage for ~2 hours everyday.

Not big enough for a bird that is only going to get 2 hours out.

Aside from been so small that I would not even house a tiny finch in it, it's a passerine cage so the paint is not safe for a parrot. And lone parrots need to be out for 4 - 5 hours a day and spend, at least, 3 of them on one-on-one with their human but this works mostly for larger parrots, little ones don't ever do well on their own so, if I were you, I would seriously consider getting him a mate.

Hello
Thanks for the recommendations
How about this one 20x20x29 with 1 inch wirespacing

My lovebird cannot fit between the wires and leave the cage, however is the wire spacing considered too big for a lovebird or it doesn't matter?

And also is a tall cage better than a wide one for a lovebird?

One inch spacing is much too larges for a lovebird go with three eighths or half inch and I prefer wider cages. Wider cages are better for flight and being able to stretch out their wings and tall cages are better for climbing if they have horizontal bars.

Cage is too small and bar gauge is too big.
