should i move his cage around?

what i mean is would he like it if i moved his cage to differant locations in my room montly or every other week or whatever?

Yes, not a bad idea to introduce change especially while it is young. The bird will live a long time so you may move to a different room, home, etc so it is good for it to start getting used to change starting now.

It also helps reduce territorial aggression.
