Lavender for birds

Postby Pajarita » Thu Oct 25, 2018 11:27 am

Not a room spray, a scented candle or anything like that but dried lavender gives out this wonderful scent that is very relaxing and beneficial from a therapeutic point of view. The link below is to a study done about it and they found that the benefit is not in drinking tea or taking a supplement but in actually smelling it. And I believe this 100% because I attribute lavender with my fast recuperation from my cancer surgery!
