Now, the article mentions parrots... I once attended a pet expo like this one in Pa with the dog and cat rescue group I worked with and there was a parrot rescue there, too (one that called itself a rescue but was, in reality, nothing but a flipping operation) and I cannot even begin to tell you how stressed out the poor things were!
