I have 2 of the A&E Flight cages - my 'Lets love it and I do believe little Tobi will LOVE his cage as well.
If your not wanting a playtop style cage the 13221 flight cage is pretty good, and cheap too! You can find the A&E or HQ for under $200 pretty much anywhere

My 'Lets fly in them all the time usually in the morning they make a few rounds going from a perch on one side of the cage to the other. I picked mine up from Leonard @ Birds R Us in Brampton, ON but you can find the HQ & A&E Cages at many online stores.

HQ Tend to have 2 doors while the A&E have one larger door.

For a relatively small price difference, I'd personally much rather have a cage with food doors and seed guards and a playtop. I have these and like them. http://www.petco.com/product/12868/Avia ... Cages.aspx

You can probably find a very reasonably priced cage on Craigslist or similar. I found two of mine through Craigslist... one of them was a $1400 cage that I got for $240. It might be worth it to check around.

I have an Avian Adventures cage and it is definitely well designed. Wish I'd sized up one, though, for similar reasons... do be careful about bar size when you size up for a smaller bird.
