Oh and don't even think of getting anything from cages by design unless you'd like to spend a fortune to get screwed and not be able to use it. Sorry that I don't have any good aviary companies to recommend but an indoor aviary is really what you need for a parrot of that size.

Most Dutch Macaw breeders advice to rebuild a (bed)room to a birdroom. Like a large indoor aviary. Make it completely birdproof and keep your bird there if you are not keeping it with you. Only keep it in the cage at night for sleeping.
Kika: Senegal Parrot.
Guus: Cockatiel, Yellowcheek, cinnamon, pearl, pied.

The biggest possible cage for sure.
Just think of their wingspan. Parrots should be able to strech in their cages with no problem.

From experience, I wouldn't put a macaw in a cage less than 4 feet in length and 3 feet deep. Height is important for their tails like has been mentioned. Ideally, macaws should have what's called a double macaw cage.
This is the cage I had for my Blue and Gold (and the one that my Cape currently lives in...) it's a great cage! http://www.kingscages.com/ProductDetails.aspx?ProductID=ELT_6432

I lost my baby to a brain aneurysm when she was about 9 months old. Broke my heart into pieces. She was the BEST bird! So gentle and so sweet!! I miss her every day...
