Questions on natural habitat and fake plants

Postby borjawil » Sat Dec 18, 2010 9:02 pm

So I've been thinking parrots are from the forest tops and are used to foliage and lots of leafs and stuff right? I own a sulcata tortoise and I try to make its home as natural as possible with lots of plants and rocks, etc. So why not for my parrot? What plants would be good candidates for this? Of course since there isnt a lot of sunlight inside live plants might not be such a great idea. WHat about fake plants? Any concerns there?

I'd avoid fake plants...birds love destroying stuff.
