Oh, and JJ either sleeps in her fuzzy yellow tent, or laying on her back behind me while I'm doing homework. She's such a conure!

My parrotlets sleep on their blue cement perch with their feathers fluffed up and legs up like lil' flamingos :) :swaying:

My Caique sleeps soo weird! If she doesn't have her sleep tent she will sleep in the top corner of the cage with her feet splayed!

My Birdie sleeps on his branch perch and cuddles this green balled toy. He outs it under his leg and puffs up and then sleeps. Its truly adorable :amazon:

Mine likes to sit on his food bowl for some reason and every morning when I clean his food bowl, I have to clean poop out! Disgusting but I love my bird!

PeeWee the :senegal: used to sleep in his cage in the dining room. But it became obvious that he wasn't sleeping through the night when we were up late due to the noise. So now we have a smaller travel cage we put him inside and place him to a dark walk-in closet in the apartment to ensure he gets quiet darkness for a full 12 hours each night. It seems to have calmed him down and made him much happier since we started doing this!

The only critters in my home that I did not rescue is two male cockatiels, Shadow and Lemone'.
I bought them from a breeder. They slept hanging on the side of the cage. The only thing I could think of was that they were really crowded in the breeders cage. It was 3 months before they would sleep on a perch with the others.

Parrots, Cockatiels, Love Birds, Dogs, Cats and Guini Pig all nap between 2 pm & 4pm. The house is dead quiet.

At night Ollie sleeps on his favourite perch which is the highest in his cage. He goes to sleep at 8pm on the dot on one foot with his head tucked in his feathers. All very normal... however... during the day he naps in the corner of his cage about half way up. Looks like he is sitting in a spa pool - dead laid back lol !!!!!
