Ok, so another question guys. Do your birds nap during the day? (If you're home to view it).
Tim and Prince take themselves off to their cage at 12 and will nap until about 1.30, then back off to play!

Bucky (Quaker) naps during the day, and he gets seriously cranky  if he doesn't. During the day, He sleeps like this:

I love how he puffs up to sleep. He looks like a little stuffed green bird :)
At night though, he sleeps in his little fuzzy green tent. He loves going ni-night in it.

The budgies nap all throughout the day. Cheney Bird very rarely does.

My conures fluff up in a corner together while Amy goes in her bird bunker and sits on her back.

Jack has slept in a few different places. When I first got him, and when I got him his new cage (thus; whenever he was stressed) he would sleep in a top corner of the cage, clinging to the bars.

In his first cage, I found him these fuzzy snuggle things and formed a little cave with two of them on his top perch. He would snuggle in those at night.

But with his newest perch, I can fit a tent in it. So he sleeps in there now with his tail sticking out one end.
Wild animals are called 'wild' for a reason. Keep them that way. Adopt your pets, or buy them from a certified breeder.

It seems our two might have finally discovered their tent. They were quite happily running thru it and wrestling inside it today, as far as I can tell tho they're not sleeping in it tonight tho, I'd love to see them sleep in it, I'm sure they'd love it

Skittles will sleep in or even on top of her fuzzy yellow tent. She'll just tuck her head under her wing.

My birds take small naps throughout the day. The funny thing about my birds, they seem to all nap, eat, go to sleep, and play at the seem time. Even though Einstein and the budgies are in different cages, they really do have a flock mentality.

Well, the tent is now their favourite place to sleep! The dive in a night when I tell them it's bed time and cuddle up side by side, I can't imagine it's very comfortable, but they seem to love it! They lay in there together with Rory telling Tika 'hello Rory' and 'hmmmmm, step up!'
