seems abit risky so i need feedback my bird is a small female but increadibly strong and she enjoys chewing.

Her main cage is strong and powder coated montana which is small but has adiquate room to fly and flap inside.

Sounds a bit small to me. I am not really sure what is the approved cage size for ringnecks is. My three cages are all way bigger than that (1 cage for 2 budgies, 1 for tiel, 1 for cinn gcc). I would get the biggest cage you can find and afford, they can never have too much room.
Budgies - Harry and Billy
Cinn GCC - Bailey
Blue Quaker - Malakai (Kai)
Cockatiel - Rhyly
