Adding a divider to a cage??

Actually, if you say that they spend most of their time outside, I would keep them together in the UNdivided cage, and invest in a large java tree or a play gym. That way, if you want to separate them, one can be out on the gym and the other can be inside the cage.

The more I look at it the more I struggle to see how it could be small in comparison to them

I must admit, and correct me if I'm wrong, that I don't really see how it is too small for two gcc's. I don't agree with adding a divider, but it looks big enough,

Yeah I'm not convinced about dividing it.
Altho considering Bunnings has sheets of aviary mesh just the right size and just the right gauge, so I could always put it in place, cable tie it in nice and easily and neatly. If it doesn't work I can take it out and I'm sure it won't scar them for life.
Yeah it's so not too small. I'm sure of it.
