Best stainless steel cage?

Postby Carolyn » Sat Aug 04, 2012 11:35 am

Hello everyone! I'm new to the forum here. Wondering if anyone has suggestions on the best stainless steel cages? Can't afford custom made (also i'm in a bit of a time crunch), but I'm looking at kings stainless steel (http://www.kingscages.com/ProductDetail ... 7_SS_Matte) or a cage from Jason at stainlesscages.com (http://www.stainlesscages.com/atlas.html) the cage is for my white bellied caique, jazz. He's in a 24x18x34 Neon (yes an old neon cage!) that is wearing out on me. Plus he deserves something a bit bigger, and with swing out feeder doors. I haven't heard great things about A&E stainless cages, so I think I'm not interested in those. Thoughts & or experiences with these cages are welcome! Thanks!!!

I like how the cage from kings cages has both vertical and horizontal bars on it, my bird can climb up the horizontal bars much easier and uses them much more often when climbing around his cage. It looked like the other cage only had vertical bars. I have heard the cages with decorative shapes are harder to clean though and some of the space ends up being wasted, I don't know that from personal experience though.

Thanks! I just found out that the stainlesscages.com guy is no longer selling them, and that they're actually A&E cages which I'm not interested in. Now I'm looking at Kings cages but I've heard terrible things about the customer service and that they don't stand behind their cages. I'm having such a hard time finding a quality cage for my caique!!! It's really frustrating!!
