Basketball Trick

Postby Jhaynes1230 » Sun Jun 28, 2015 7:27 pm

Has anyone else ordered this? I hate to appear stupid, but I ordered this a few weeks ago and just now getting around to opening the box. Included was a stand and adjustment mechanism, two balls, but no obvious way to attach the net and backboard to the stand. Instructions were supposed to be included, but they were not. Am I missing something?

Thanks,
Jeff

Thanks Wolf. I think there is something just missing from the kit. I'm reasonably competent when it comes to assembly of various items. I can engineer something to make it work; a rather disappointing purchase from Parrot Wizard, though. I wasn't expecting a quality product for $29, but at least expected it to be complete and work.

It really isn't worth the effort to take pictures and re-size them for this forum, but I really appreciate the offer.

I thought there might be others that had purchased the kit on this forum that might be able to confirm the part I'm missing.

$29 is very expensive for a basketball net and ball I can get one of them for €3 from northern parrots.

I am reasonably certain that if you contact Michael about it on the Parrot Wizard site that he will make it right, if you give him the chance to do so. That is a lot of money to throw away if he will fix the problem.
I am looking at the item on the Parrot Wizard site and although the picture isn't the best for my purpose but it looks like there should be a hole or pocket in the plastic surrounding the back board to slide over the top of the stand.

After exchanging a couple messages with Michael we determined that it was broken on upon receipt. He was going to have another backboard sent to me.

Thanks for your help Michael and Wolf.
