i had one lutino cockatiel female that thought she should be a Poi and was always trying to eat with one foot and she tried to be acrobatic....lol...she was such a sweet parrot, she liked everyone, people and parrots.
Good ol' RB is handy (pun!) with his left foot (I guess he's right-footed) as far as eating and grabbing stuff, but I have never seen him hang upside down, or by one foot, or climb for any reason other than to get to a perch. I'm careful with his toys, such that he never has a hanging toy that might be heavy enough to swing hard and batt him off his perch, which has happened!
Suuny is obsessed with cage doors right now, and is constanly playing on his and making it swing back and forth, but he is now shutting Gaugans heavy door, and i am always worried he is going to hurt himself doing that
Rbird lays waste to nemesis villain Bouncey-Ball. I think this is his favorite enemy because it interacts... bounces back, bonks him sometimes, moves unpredictably. I let him throw it to its death a few times a day. I figure it lets him work out some of those burrow-guarding instincts. He always wins, of course! 3 videos
