It is bad when people use children to get back at each other. At least courts acknowledge the childrens rights and custody.
Animals have so little protection when adults fall out and are so often used for revenge. Even if they get caught the sentences are derisory.
I have heard everything from putting animals down to kidnapping them and dumping them miles from home just to get back at an ex. There are some horrible people out there.

I've spoken with the lady this morning and you will all love what she had to say 
.
It was the first time she had been away due to her Mum coming home from hospital and going to look after her. Husband's friend was with him when he placed the advert and the friend went to husband's sister who was furious. She immediately sent her friend to buy the bird and the sister kept it until the lady came home !
The end result being that the bird is home, the husband isn't and nobody including his own parents will have anything to do with him! OH HAPPY DAY! 
To quote the lovely lady " the smart arse was out smarted ".

Isn't it wonderful She was so lucky to have good people around her. With all the excitement and hilarity I forgot to say that the bird is called Coco and he is 27 and she has had him from a baby.
