Thankyou Pajarita. I'm sorry you had such a bad time with the B12 problem. I look back at how people used to laugh at vegetarians and they were deemed crazy and a huge joke. Now I laugh at the same people who became vegetarians :lol: Doctors now claim it to be the healthiest diet to be on and at least now there is more information available for the newcomers.

I'd rather Burger King lol they're fries are ok though and they have Veggie burgers which might be nice.

It's very hard to find Quorn products here in USA but, when it comes to a hot sandwich (burger substitute), I like the vegetarian burgers but I also do breaded and fried eggplant slices, bok choy stalks (you need to 'even' them out by slicing the 'fat' part so the thickness is more even) and, best of all, the cap (you need to kind of flatten it) of a nice Portobello mushroom!

I learned a way to use mashed black beans instead of burger. When mashed good and condiments added it can not be identified as a bean.
