Yep, it sure is but that's because birds are SOOOOOOO cool! And the more you find out about them, the more you realize how incredibly amazing creatures they are! Many years ago, when I was taking zoology courses in order to be able to work in a zoo, I had to give an oral presentation of my thesis and I decided to do it on quakers mainly because I already knew a bit about them and had always liked them. When I finished it, one of the professors came over and told me that she had known all along that I was a 'bird person' - this caught me entirely by surprise because I had always considered myself a dog person even though I had had canaries since I was a little girl but I guess that lady saw something in me that I had not seen myself because I did turn out to be a 'bird person' big time! :lol:
