Update: restraining order forbidding removal of elephant out of NYS (where the court action is taking place) has been granted. The zoo was going to remove the elephant so the case could not move forward - see what I mean about zoos? They most definitely do NOT have the animals wellbeing as their first priority - it's all about money!
