No, not because it sucks blood but because of the way it looks - it's the Pesquet's or vulturine parrot and it's BEAUTIFUL, if you ask me!:

Gorgeous pictures of the Dracula, Vampire or Vulturine Parrot (it's actually called Pesquet's but the other names are also used). Whatever the name, they are incredibly beautiful birds!
