Are you talking about the coloured sections Michael? That's VetWrap, not an abrasive paper. It's a co-hesive bandage used for dogs/cats/horses for bandages legs/tails etc. I'd be very surprised if VetWrap did any filing at all, but I use it on the horse, not the bird's tree, so can't really say.
