My Lovebird doesnt want to come out of its cage

Postby Faux » Wed Dec 23, 2009 8:24 pm

It is tame. I have had it for 5 days. Its wings are clipped. I let it get out of the cage 1 time by just leaving the door open and then I let it run around on the floor for a bit. It accidentally landed on my hand once and sat there for a minute or 2 and then flapped off. Then I had to catch it to put it back in its cage. When i try to catch it in its cage it runs away and i cant get a hand on it because i am affraid to hurt it. It doesnt bite at all. I need some help on how to get it to bond with me and want to come out and stuff.

Thanks
Faux
