Indeed. I saw a thread that was of mutation parrots. I'd like to think this one is different because it's about one species and really only the ino mutation. I'm looking for information and the thread I'm thinking about was really only to show pretty pictures of all the mutation parrots members could find or knew about. That said I don't recall seeing the ino congo in that thread anyway, just the blonde-ish one, which made me search for congo mutations and here we are.
I feel like we're getting off topic discussing the merits of the thread. :T
That said, I did learn something about the white tailed congos. Apparently, they are a blue mutation and I read that there is a breeder of blue congos somewhere in New York, but I've yet to find them. :T So mysterious.
